Linq's Automated Utility Service is a self service system for our VoIP users. Dial 0015550 from your device to get the folloing menu options:
- Get to know credit left in your account.
- Get emergency credit if your account is accidentally exhausted.
- Lock and unlock your account to prevent misuse.
- Force auto debit of your credit card, if enabled via your on-line console.
- Voice mail.
- Test your Internet connection.
- Get to know your UID, should you forget it.
- Change your call routing to some destinations.
- Ask us to collect your cheque. Service is available for some cities in India only.
- Speak to a customer representative.
